Suldan Mohamed Muse Unne a Somali traditional leader and peace activist unjustifiably jailed by cornel Muse Bihi regime   is suffering from worsening chronic nerve disease complications ,   respiratory problems   and broken arm due to the persistent refusal of prosecution authorities to allow his hospitalization outside of Hargeisa C.I.D maximum security central prison even they refused Medical doctor to visit   him in the jail .
