SOMALILAND : STOP TORTURING... TORTURE IS A CRIME ................ FREE DABASAR

We are gravely concerned to receive reports including video materials showing torture and inhumane treatment of  American citizen Mr. Abdirahman Abdillahi Hagi Dabasar aka Miskiinka ALLAH during his stay in your country 17 and 18 December of 20017.


As seen in the videos high ranking police officer from Mr. Muse Bihi regime was threatening Mr. Dabasar continuously not even not letting to finish his lunch at ARAFA RESTAURANT one of the five stars restaurants in Hargeisa situated Alamadaha district home of Free Garhajis Nation .  

Next day SWAT team known as  RRU paid and equipped by United Kingdom as anti terrorist unit but used by Kulmiye regime to kill innocent people  In Buroa , Borama , Hargeisa  , Erigavo and else where after elections also after November of 2017 elections  , RRU has been raided Mr. Dabasar's hotel room torturing again a wounded mentally unstable  man who needed urgently medical care . ​


We  particularly concerned that some of the detainees, who are being held at the  C.I.D Detention Center at  Hargeisa , are reported to have been severely tortured.  We seek your assurances that Mr. Abdirahman Abdillahi Hagi Dabasar and other detainees being held in detention will be treated fairly and humanely in accordance with international humanitarian and human rights law.

The lack of knowledge , professionalism and ethics of Somaliland's police force are mind bugling . The international community is highly alert  also closely monitoring Somaliland police brutality  .
