Dear Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, We wanted to be in immediate contact with you to share our views on the grievance that your financial minister met officially   in Addis Ababa Ethiopia the son of somaliland president Mo Muuse Biihi Abdi also known as baby doc duvalier Mo Muse. We support meetings, in the Agreements that our two governments have reached, and in the general spirit of cooperation we have established but we can't understand how son of a president who doesn't have any constitutional title can discuss with your finance minister a project of millions.
